Spring is here and our cow and hog custom cuts slots are filled out fast.  Book yours by calling Val or Roy at 706-636-1711; first come first serve.  We occasionally have customers skipped for various reasons, so call in to check even though you haven't booked early.  We hope to serve y'all with our experienced crew!

Cow prices are historical high now, and most processors are taking a hit with high costs.  We keep trying to source good quality cattle at a reasonable prices, while keep our selling prices competitive.  Our burger meat are well reviewed by all our customers and we only use the good quality whole muscle as raw materials.  We will keep the same quality and fight the inflation in the meantime.

Our featured bacon burger has its new package now.  it looks good, and it tastes even better.  It is made of ground beef and bacon ends.  yeah! you heard it right!  Real Bacon with beef!  Slap a slice of cheese and your favorite sauce, yummy!!!!

Japanese Wagyu is back as well!  Our products are from Kagoshima prefecture and the breed Kagoshima Black was the winner of last year's Wagyu Olympics' winner breed.  Dive in and buy your loved ones a piece.  they are served better with smaller pieces as appetizers.  You won't forget it after you try it!

Hogs' market is relatively steady and this is a great news as the beef is getting more and more expensive for the foreseeable future.  Our hogs are hormone free from a close-by local farm.  Quality is great, and blended with our famous spice package, our pork sausage packs are flying off the shelf fast.  We are also trying a few new items: fresh sides, fresh ham hocks and ribbon cut spareribs.  Order some and you will love the the quality.
